Refund policy
Due to the delicate nature of our items, all sales are final. Please ask any questions and view photos before you purchase. We are happy to help and want you to be happy with your purchase. Defective/damaged in transit items will be handled on a case by case basis.
Any items returned in damaged condition will be subject to inspection. If the item was damaged before arriving to you, we will send you a new one. If deemed to have been worn or damaged by you, the customer, we will not replace the product or refund your order.
Please note, you must use our return portal to return your items. Items returned without using our portal will not be accepted.
